Spinning is a group aerobic activity which includes riding specially designed bicycles called “spinners” in an organised manner in an indoor area. The bicycles and choreography are designed to imitate cross-country cycling. The resistance can be regulated using a resistance screw on every spinner.
Aero Spinning is different kind of Spinning, which includes exercises with weights, discs and elastics, which are not done on the spinning wheel. The training is different every day and it burns up to 600-700 cal per hour.
